Try a Scramble — the scorecard does the maths for you

Paper, pencil and mental arithmetic at the ninth hole — from now on, all of that can stay at home. There's a QR code at the first tee and in the carts, and behind it waits the digital scorecard: no app, no account, nothing to download from a store. Once opened, it runs on any phone — and if the signal drops between holes 7 and 11, it simply keeps scoring.

The best part: the scorecard makes playing formats practical that usually fail over the arithmetic. Texas Scramble, classic Foursomes, Greensome, Chapman, Four-Ball — until now you needed someone at the table who knew the special rules and could work out the handicap allowances. Now you pick the format, enter up to four players with their HCPI, and the card does the rest: it calculates the playing handicap, distributes the strokes across the holes and scores live — Stableford, stroke play or against par, whichever you prefer.

The handicap allowance is up to you as well: full allowance, three quarters, half, or your own percentage. So nothing stands in the way of a spontaneous Sunday Scramble round any more — try it out; you'll still argue, just no longer about the arithmetic.

Built for match play

The club match plays run through the card too: the QR code on the match play page knows your match and sets it up ready to go — opponent, handicap allowance, format. The reported result makes its own way into the bracket on the website, and the system reminds players about open rounds without anyone having to chase them by phone.
